TULCO ATHLETIC Sportswear Ink. It’s not surprising that sportswear gets the most wear-and-tear. Which is why we’ve especially formulated this ink for direct spot and solid printing on athletic fabrics. Durable and elastic, it produces a slick, semi-gloss, satin finish that best suits winners.

Print Properties: Elastic, stretchable, satin, semi-gloss finish
Opacity: Clear Base – Transparent; Matte Base – Opaque; White – Highly Opaque
Material Type: Polyester, athletic fabrics
Material Colour: Any colour
Mesh Count: 80 to 120
Pigment: Maximum of 5%
Fixer UR: 3 to 5%
Application: 2 coats, 3 to 4 strokes
Drying: Air dry for 8 to 12 hours.
Curing: 15 seconds or more with a heat press or flat iron at 130°C to 150°C.
Storage: Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures over 40°C.
Shelf Life: 1 year
